The CEO of Alkan Business Consult Ltd, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, Ghana, with BA (Hons) degree in Sociology with Geographyfrom the University of Ghana, an EMBA from GIMPA, and a Certified Expert in Microfinancefrom Frankfurt School of Finance and Management.She has over twenty nine years working experience in Research and Teaching and Banking, spanning various disciplines: She is currently a weekly columnist for “THE RISK WATCH” series in the Business andFinancial Times newspaper and has to date, written more than one hundred and fifty articleson various risk topics in banking. She is the author of two books: “The Twenty-first Century Bank Teller–A StrategicPartner”,and “MY FRONT DESK EXPERIENCE. A YOUNG BANKER’S STORY” She is also the Recipient of the Banking Education Category of the 2014 “Women in Banking and FinanceAwards”held in February 2015.

A Certified Human Resource Professional, Conference speaker, Facilitator and Trainer with over fifteen(15) years of industry experience across Not-for-profit, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG andUpstream Oil and Gas industries.LEO holds an International Executive MBA from Paris Graduate School of Management (PGSM);he also holds a Bachelor of Education Psychologydegree from University of Cape Coast, Ghana;is a Certified Human Resource Practitioner (CHRP) from the Institute of Human ResourceManagement Practitioners, Ghana, a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from theSociety of Human Resource Management (SHRM), USA and a Senior Professional in HumanResource (SPHR) from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI), USA.LEO is currently the Managing Partner of HRP Consult Limited, providing leading edge human resource management advisory services to clients from various industries.

MRS. EVELYN AMA SERWAA AHLI,

An experienced banker with a first degree in BSc Administration and anMBA in Marketing from GIMPA. She has gone through the ranks as Teller, Customer Service Officer and Manager,Branch Support Manager and Assistant Branch Manager in various branches. She has a wide experience inmanaging both the front and back end of branch banking from account opening through to managinggeneralledgers, training tellers etc.As a practical trainer on the job, and a role model for young entrants in banking, hercustomer service skills and ability to handle challenging customer experiences is her hallmark. She is alwaysprepared to share these practical experiences with young bankers to exhibit professionalism in their assigned roles.
